Software Application Support Engineer

Position Overview – Magestic Technologies, an Autodesk Strategic Partner, is seeking for immediate employment acandidate with 2-3 years of experience in pre and post-sales customer support in the advanced manufactruing industry. Position requires working from our Northern New Jersey office to provide customer support, technical sales and marketing support, customer training, product licensing, product testing and documentation.  In addition, onsite travel to customer facilities both domestic and abroad will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Onsite and Offsite Customer Support
  • Write and Maintain Software Documentation
  • Issue and Track Subscription Renewals
  • SaaS Implementation, Training and Testing
  • Technical Support for Sales and Marketing Efforts

Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Hands-on experience with support ticket systems (such as SalesForce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, JIRA support desk, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of ERP, MES systems.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing concepts and CNC Controls
  • Hands-on Experience with applications such as PowerPoint, Camtasia, HubSpot, MS Office and other similar applications
  • CNC Knowledge and/or Programming Skills a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical writing experience
  • Basic Knowledge of C,C++ and .net is a plus

Requirements

  • Work from Northern New Jersey Office
  • Valid Passport or able to get one
  • Unrestricted Domestic and International Travel Approximately 60% of the time.
  • BS degree
  • US Citizen and/or the ability to work legally in the US.
